Resilience starts
with working together
Disinformation undermines trust, public decision-making, education and security. Addressing it requires a shared effort.
CoDE — Countering Disinformation Ecosystem — is building an ecosystem of knowledge, technology, training, expert networks and practical tools to analyse the information environment, develop skills and strengthen information resilience.
The project runs from 11 September 2023 to 11 November 2026 with the support of the America for Bulgaria Foundation. It is coordinated by Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” through its Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.

The community continues
CoDE Community for Information Resilience
An open, voluntary, cross-sector community of experts, academics, partners, individuals and organisations who want to continue working together towards a more resilient information environment.
The Community preserves, develops and builds on the CoDE project’s results, expertise, partnerships and areas of work. It carries forward the project’s knowledge, substance, partnerships and community, without continuing its administrative, financial or legal structure.
