Purpose: CoDE activities and the CoDE Community only — understanding your interests, preferred areas and forms of participation, and coordinating your involvement. Your data will not be used for other projects, advertising or unrelated purposes.
Future updates: information about future activities, events and opportunities within the CoDE Community is sent only with separate, freely given consent. Leaving this box unticked does not prevent you from expressing interest. Selecting a next step in the survey does not replace this consent.
Data collected: name, organisation, capacity in which you express interest, professional role, email address, survey responses, and separate confirmations for data processing and future updates.
Legal basis: Your freely given consent, provided by ticking the checkbox before submitting the survey.
Retention period: For as long as necessary to respond to your expression of interest and coordinate your participation in CoDE, or until you withdraw your consent. Data will be erased when it is no longer needed for this purpose.
Responses are stored in a database on the code.icrl.eu hosting server, outside the website’s public directory. Access to responses and exports is password-protected and restricted to the controller and people expressly authorised by the controller within CoDE. Responses are not published on the website or automatically sent to external platforms.
Participation is voluntary. You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the email address provided. Consent to future updates may be withdrawn separately. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Please do not include sensitive information or other people’s personal data in free-text responses.

How the website works
The website does not load external fonts, advertising trackers or visitor analytics tools. A necessary session cookie is used to protect forms when you access the survey or the administrative area.
Hosting and network providers may keep technical logs to operate and secure their services. External platforms linked from this website have their own access and data processing policies.
